You may only park for free in the bays clearly marked ‘Totally Free Parking’ on the 6th floor of Heaton Lane car park and for a maximum of 4 hours on any one day and between the hours of 6am and 6pm.
Yes. All cars using the Totally Free Parking facility that is clearly marked and only available only at Heaton Lane car park in Stockport must clearly display a valid Totally Free Parking pass. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being issued with a parking enforcement notice resulting in a fine.
If your vehicle is displaying a valid Totally Free Parking pass and is parked within the allocated bays on the 6th floor of Heaton Lane car park, Stockport, between the hours of 6am to 6pm, for a maximum period of four hours in any one day, you will not need to pay at the ticket machine.
If your Totally Free Parking pass is lost or damaged you must notify the provider by email – email@example.com You will be able to re-register for a replacement Totally Free Parking pass which will be issued with a new unique identification number. You will not be able to park for free until you receive your replacement Totally Free Parking pass and it is clearly displayed in your vehicle. This information is required so that we can issue you with your unique Totally Free Parking pass. Any information provided to us will only be used to contact you regarding Totally Free Parking and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any company other than Totally Stockport who are issuing the pass on behalf of Stockport Town Centre Business Improvement District limited.
