Totally Free Car Parking is only available on the 6th floor of Heaton Lane Car Park, Heaton Lane, Stockport in clearly marked bays. Please be aware there is no lift.

Totally Free Parking passes are not transferable and the Totally Free Parking scheme does not apply in any other car park. All cars using the Totally Free Parking facility, that is clearly marked and only available only at Heaton Lane car park in Stockport, must clearly display a valid Totally Free Parking pass.

Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being issued with a parking enforcement notice resulting in a fine under the terms and conditions as stipulated by Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council.

Totally Free Car Parking on the 6th floor of Heaton Lane car park in the centre of Stockport, is only available between 6am – 6pm, Monday to Sunday for a maximum period of 4 hours in any one day and only when displaying your vehicle’s unique Totally Free Parking pass. Applications for a Totally Free Parking pass must be made online.

You will need to register online at www.totallyfreeparking.couk where you will need to complete a short form with details of your name and address, your email address, car registration number, make and model. This information is required so that we can issue you with your unique Totally Free Parking pass. Any information provided to us will only be used to contact you regarding Totally Free Parking and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any company other than Totally Stockport who are issuing the pass on behalf of Stockport Town Centre Business Improvement District Limited.

When you have completed the online registration, you will be able to print a Temporary Parking pass which must be clearly displayed in your vehicle. Within 7 days, you should receive your unique, permanent pass which must be clearly displayed in place of your temporary pass.

Your Totally Free Parking pass is valid from day of issue to 31st August 2018. After this time Totally Free Parking will not be available on the 6th floor of Heaton Lane Car Park unless you have been notified that the scheme is to continue for a further period and you have applied for, and been issued with, a new Totally Free Parking pass with its own unique number.

If you have legal access to or are the owner of more than one vehicle, each vehicle must be registered independently and will be issued with its own Totally Free Parking pass with its own unique identification number.

Due to access, Totally Free Parking for disabled is not available on the 6th floor but is available on the ground floor of Heaton Lane Car Park in designated disabled parking bays supplied by Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council and as per their terms and conditions.

Totally Free Parking is only available in the bays clearly marked ‘Totally Free Parking’ on the 6th floor of Heaton Lane car park and for a maximum of 4 hours on any one day and between the hours of 6am and 6pm.

All cars using the Totally Free Parking facility that is clearly marked and only available only at Heaton Lane car park in Stockport must clearly display a valid Totally Free Parking pass. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being issued with a parking enforcement notice resulting in a fine.

If your Totally Free Parking pass is lost or damaged you must notify the provider by email – parking@totallystockport.co.uk You will be able to re-register for a replacement Totally Free Parking pass which will be issued with a new unique identification number.

All persons using the Totally Free Parking scheme do so at their own risk and all cars are parked purely at their owner’s risk.
