All Stockport Town Centre Business Improvement District (BID) Ltd levy payers will receive by post confirmation of the meeting.
2021 AGM Meeting Documents:
The Annual General Meeting on December 16th is an opportunity for BID levy payers and members to come and receive information our year’s activities, spend and our future projects for 202/22. If you are an official BID member you will receive your voting card via Royal Mail which can be used on the evening to vote on the resolution: to Agree The Annual Accounts 2020/2021.
The BID board elections are open and will close 14 days before the AGM at 5pm on Wednesday 1st December 2021. Details on the application process and board sectors available are on the website https://www.totallystockport.co.uk/jobs/
If you would like to become an official BID member and be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting please download a membership form from https://www.totallystockport.co.uk/about/get-involved/ and return to email@example.com or post to Stockport Town Centre Business Improvement District (BID) Ltd by Wednesday 1st December, 14 days prior to the meeting (to be approved by the office).
Voting forms will be issued to official BID members ahead of the meeting which can be used on the evening to vote on the resolution; To Agree the Annual Accounts 2020/2021 and To Agree the Appointment of the Directors. The Annual Accounts 2020/2021 and the biographies of Directors’ standing for election will be available to download from Thursday 2nd December at https://www.totallystockport.co.uk/about/board-meetings/ under the heading 2021 AGM Meeting Documents.
If you are an official BID member a proxy can be used if you can’t attend the Annual General Meeting and wish to appoint either the Chairperson or a third party to attend, speak and vote at the meeting on your behalf, if you would like to vote by appointing a proxy please complete and sign a Form of Proxy which can be found on our website along with the other 2021 AGM Meeting Documents and send or deliver to the Stockport Town Centre Business Improvement District (BID) Ltd, 15 Great Underbank, Stockport, Cheshire, SK1 1LF, to be received no later than Friday 10th December 2021.
