Stockport town centre - various locations
Stockport town centre will come alive with racing events and fun activities for all the family at StockSport 2022.
This event has built on the success of the Enduro and Urban 5k and has transformed into an even greater activity-based event, with the addition of free fitness classes, multi games areas from A.C.E plus much more.
Please Note:
We are disappointed to announce the Criterium cycle races will not be taking place at 4pm, but instead there is a chance for YOU to get on your bikes instead and ‘Cycle The Town’(11am-4pm) – a traffic free route that links the two event villages at St Peters Square and Mersey Square.
Cycle the Town:
There will be music and entertainment along the route. ‘Cycle The Town’ is a response to the huge amount of positive feedback from the Enduro, about how much people enjoyed being able to cycle round the town with their families. There is plenty of free bike storage at St Peter’s Square.
StockSport Running Festival – Start and finish in St Peter’s Square
Come and join in with this celebration of running, allowing all ages and abilities to participate in a race.
There will be water on route and a warm down area led by local yoga guru David Glover from Bendy Yoga.
Come with a team from work, for a new PB or your first timed race and leave with a sense of achievement, a medal and an atmosphere to remember.
